Joe has been in real estate in southeastern Utah since 1974. During that year, Joe teamed up with Carlsberg Financial Corp to develop and market five-acre lots in Castle Valley. As the local owner, Joe sold nearly all the properties in second phase, and most in the first phase of the project. Joe has a personal knowledge of the details of the properties in Castle Valley and surrounding areas.
As a business owner and real estate investor, Joe is in a position to assist both Buyers and Sellers in commercial properties, land, and home real estate decisions. For several years, Kingsley was on the Board of Advisors for the Small Business Administration.
Being very active in real estate matters, Joe Kingsley, has served the industry as President of the Grand/San Juan Association of Realtors, Board Member, and several terms as Regional Representative for the Utah Realtors Association as Chairman of Professional Standards.
